a question on the last bit though: I see the 2 examples around Impact conversation vs executive trade-off as more or less similar in nature. Both the discussions are around Impact only, isn't it? Just that they are potentially happening at different levels. For a PM, executive trade-offs also happen basis what gives more ROI vs the other. So in the given examples, the 1st conversation happens at an Org level to decide which product areas need to be invested more into (to help us get close to business goals) that define the product goals and then the PM, gets into similar conversation (what the article calls as executive trade-offs) to prioritize work that gets us close to product goals. Thoughts?
