As a person new to product as a whole, working as a Product Executive, I often find myself caught in the weeds and have to remind myself daily to take a step back to see the bigger picture, to be able to add real value. If we did a survey on Product Executives and asked the question "Do you identify at your core as being a person who builds bridges and nurtures others?" I think many would relate to this self-assessment, and likely answer yes, as I do.
