I love Gretchen Reuben’s podcast too.. had not read this piece yet. Almost like an OKR for life goals 😊. Thanks for sharing.. For self things, constant routine, reminders helps( even having reminders on calendar :)) .. also attaching something that’s a new habit to something that you like.. like if workout everyday is hard, listening to a good podcast while working out helps 😊

I love this. Such a good habit to get into - seeing doable goals for the year. I'll try this in 2022 but we might do a twist and set 22 family goals. Have others done this with your nuclear family? Might help us prioritize how we spend our family time.
