Would love an update on your health journey! Any learnings? I also have PCOS and am considering trying Signos or NutriSense.

I've been doing Signos. It's been helpful for me because my body reacts to sugar in really pronounced ways so this helps me be mindful and manage my energy in new ways. I'm still doing it after the first 3 months which is a long time for health hacks. So I'd recommend!
